Process

Step 1
Register
Create your account and add your dog in our portal. We'll send you a link to sign our policies in the Gingr app.

Step 2
Book a free temperament test
Every new dog spends a few hours with us so we can get to know them and make sure they'll love the group. Tests start at 10am, 2pm or 4pm, and you can book a time in the portal right after you register.
Plan to stay 10 to 15 minutes at drop-off. We'll check your dog's records and paperwork, show you around, and answer any questions. Then you're free to go. Plan to leave your dog with us for 4 hours. The test is free, with a 15-minute grace period at pickup. After that it's charged as a regular full day of daycare. We'll send you a photo update during the test, and please keep your phone handy in case we need you to come back early.
Step 3
Book their first day
When you pick up from the test, we'll book your dog's first day with you. It comes with a free enrichment on us: a puzzle or lick mat at midday for daycare, or a frozen Kong at bedtime for boarding.

What we need before the test

Your dog needs to be at least 4 months old, with rabies, distemper (DHLPP) and Bordetella records on file, and our policies signed in the app. You can upload records in the portal or the app, or ask your vet to email them to info@roxyshouse.com. Dogs need to be spayed or neutered by 8 months old to stay in group play. If your dog isn't spayed or neutered and your vet recommends waiting, please send us their letter. We'll review it before your dog joins or continues in group play.

What to bring

For daycare, bring a leash and any food you'd like us to feed. There's a small meal fee for drop-ins, and meals are included with every pass. For boarding, bring your dog's food, a leash, and any medication they take, with instructions. Please leave toys and beds at home. New things in the group can lead to guarding, and we want every dog to feel relaxed.
